May 17, 2018, 2:00pm - May 20, 2018, 1:00am
Midwest Harmonica Workshop's organizer, Sean O'Phelan is teaming up with Hill Country Harmonica Founder, Youtube Harmonica Instruction King, Adam Gussow and the backbone for the previous events in 2010-2012, Jeff Silverman to bring you the greatest harmonica intensive weekend of the entire year.
What is Hill Country Harmonica??
HCH 2018 is a 4 day and 4 night harmonica instructional intensive weekend. Designed for players from total beginner to professional or advanced, there will be a wide variety of topics discussed and demonstrated. There will be up to 150 harmonica players and 15 instructors onsite all weekend. There will be vendors, sponsors, raffles, contests and so much more.
This event is the largest concentration of blues harmonica players in the world. It is a family friendly event with an option to attend our 4 nights of concerts, if the instructional part is not for you. We hire the best in the business to teach and perform for our attendees, and have a full event staff to ensure a relaxing enjoyable weekend.
See INSTRUCTOR information, click Instructor pictures for more details on each of our headliners.
The weekend has been extended by 1 day in order to fit it all in. We will run events from Thursday May 17th up until late night Sunday May 20th. Camping opens at Noon on the 17th and campers check out by Noon on Monday May 21st with last show Sunday night.
There will be down time throughout the weekend, so you can soak up all that we are offering, without feeling very overwhelmed. This is not to say we won't have a continuous variety of fun and educational stuff for you to do, to keep you busy.
